Refund policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons.
We only accept returns for defective products.
In the case of a defective product, we will confirm the defect through photos attached to an email sent within 5 days of arrival, and then proceed with a refund for the defective product.
If you wish to request a refund for a defective product, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the item.
*If there is no response within 3 business days, please contact us again.
Due to spam countermeasures based on domain restrictions, emails may not be delivered normally. Please ensure that you can receive emails from the following domain:
- Email services, email software, and antivirus software may identify emails as spam and fail to deliver them correctly. (Especially for users using free email services like Hotmail) In such cases, please check your spam folder or review the settings of your service or software.
*Please note that we cannot accept the following types of defective products:
- Products that have been received for more than 5 days
- Used products
- Products where the orderer and the delivery address are different, except for defective products
The procedure is as follows:
1: Within 5 days of receiving the product, please send the following information by email:
- Your name
- Home address
- Product name and number
- Defective part (please provide photos in case of damage, etc.)
- Order number (stated in the order confirmation email sent to you)
2: Once your email is verified, we will guide you through the refund process.
