LoNLy (hereinafter referred to as "our shop") recognizes the importance of protecting customers' personal information and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act"). Our shop acquires personal information properly and does not acquire it by deception or other wrongful means.

8. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a customer requests the disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, our shop confirms that the request is from the customer themselves and discloses the personal information to the customer without delay (if the personal information does not exist, the customer is notified to that effect). However, this does not apply in cases where our shop is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
Personal information may be disclosed to payment companies for the purpose of identity verification, billing verification, and credit investigation at the payment company.
9. Correction of Personal Information
When a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction") of the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not true, our shop confirms that the request is from the customer themselves, conducts necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, corrects the content of the personal information based on the results, and notifies the customer to that effect (if a decision is made not to make the correction, the customer is notified to that effect). However, this does not apply in cases where our shop is not obligated to make the correction under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information
When a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use") of their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use announced in advance or has been acquired by deception or other wrongful means, if it is found that there are grounds for the request, our shop confirms that the request is from the customer themselves, suspends the use of the personal information without delay, and notifies the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply in cases where our shop is not obligated to suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
Our shop's services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies are useful for our shop to understand the usage status of our shop's services and contribute to service improvement. Users who wish to disable cookies can do so by changing the settings of their web browser. However, please note that disabling cookies may result in some functions of our shop's services becoming unavailable.
